OK, perhaps not hype, though your posts (example #52) are best describes as wildly optimistic. Your last one is perhaps just plain misinformed. The money raised from recent sales will go stright to the bank to pay down the line leaving PPH with exactly what it had before the sales: no cash and more debt that it can support.
