Even if they did $70M in sales SG&A would have been 22% of revs, much higher than the normal 18% they normally have. Maybe something to do with getting all the Xyplex personnel. But as I said, the short sellers may have been right that they have been hiding expenses in their write-offs and we have never received a true picture of their operations until now.

SG & A is only slightly above a combination of MRVC & Xyplex.
From the 8-K, year ended 1997 xyplex sg&a = 32,712 for one
quarter this is 8128. Add to mrvc previous year of 6738, get 14,866
which is .8 shy of the reported 15,642. Xyplex income statement
was a loss, much of it software development. Hopefully the investment will be recouped.
