Jo: Agree with the "not a good sign" part, especially with the BTK up almost 6%. The herd may be starting to nibble at the sector and this stock continues to frustrate. Good thing I'm in it for the long haul.

Daniel Kisner, President and COO of ISIP, filed Form 144 to sell 80,000 shares on 10/26/98. This might have caused the price drop.
