“People hear what they want to hear and interpret it the way they want to,” he says, and adds that others are responsible for the false claims that were made. That sounds a tad delusional and sociopathic. In his own way he might even believe that. He never corrected those early press releases until trading was halted. As if he had no responsibility for them as CEO of the company. Those statements aren't even a good weasel.

Got an idea. The MSNBC piece says: Uselton says he never made false claims about the value of his company to any of the people who visited or called him. “People hear what they want to hear and interpret it the way they want to,” he says, and adds that others are responsible for the false claims that were made. How about everyone who has a very clear memory of being told certain claims by Jack send in this information to me and I'll put up a response to this on the website.
