Ed,

I know nothing about 144 sales. Is this filing always required before they sell any block? Is the filing required for a short sale? Since this is the only 144 I remember seeing, does this mean that no preferred shareholder has sold to date?

<<The fact he was saying that Tailwind was long may not exclude that the Reg D investors they found to put up most of the money and recieve the majority of the convertibles didn't short or sell their shares.>>

I have always thought of Tail Wind and the Reg D investors as the same entity. I think you are suggesting that individuals are going long Tail Wind and short ANCR as a hedge - am I interpreting correctly? I assumed that the individuals would let Tail Wind handle any hedging required, and that the investors had no idea which securities Tail Wind was investing in. I'm not part of that world and don't know how they behave.
