It is my understanding that AMZN charges approximately $ 3.00 to ship
a CD. With a $ 3.00 shipping charge for CD's is AMZN price competitive with retail outlets ? Comments please. When talking to AMZN personnel this evening I asked if they would be running any new
promotions specifically for new customers. The answer was a rather
vague "Promotions are run periodically".

<<<......and loses more money...>>>

We AMZN bulls are proud to note that the rate at which we are losing money is not
increasing as fast as it used to. As an added bonus, as we increase our number of shares
outstanding, the loss per share does not look as bad.

Tom,

The stress here is not good but the entertainment value is excellent:-)
