There are at least two sets of events that I am sure interest many of us very much. 1) If this has all been some great misunderstanding, I am waiting for the company to explain, in detail, exactly what happened and what they are currently doing to rectify the situation and restore value to my investment. I am very interested in knowing the current status of the company and I want to see interim financials. I am very interested in seeing concrete and effective actions to build the company. At the very least, I am very interested in hearing ANY positive news of substance. 2) Based on management's repeated public representations, I invested a fairly large amount of money in the company. If it turns out that I have been defrauded; well, that is entirely different from a loss due to poor management decisions (on their part) or a poor investment decision (on my part). I would not take kindly to having been a victim of, essentially, grand larceny. I would be very interested in seeing the appropriate public officials take the indicated actions to ensure that any responsible party can never legally be in a position to do this again, and that any responsible party is fully chastised in accordance with the law for having fraudulently deprived me of hard-earned personal assets. I don't like the thought of taking this loss, but it will not materially impact my standard of living (though I sure feel like a horse's ass right now). I am sure that there are people out there that have been seriously hurt by all this and that is the real tragedy that, if applicable, the second option above absolutely needs to address.
