David,

Read through this list and you'll find very helpful information shared by many. My thanks to all of you.

1478, 1484, 1486, 1487, 1494, 1496, 1503, 1504, 1506, 1512, 1515, 1516, 151.

Basically, you can execute against any b/a within the Island limit book, as long as there is a b/a at your price. So when you offer below the current bid or bid above the current offer through Island it would be ok as long as there are Island counterparts of your order and your order will be executed. But if there isn't, your b/a then becomes the best b/a and will have to be displayed. When that happens your b/a will violate the Nasdaq lock/cross rule. Your order will then be cancelled.

Inputs or corrections welcome from everybody.

best regards,
Steve
