Thanks for all the info. I have exactly the opposite position to you. All I care about is the stock-price tomorrow or next week. I don't care about next year. I'm a pure speculator/trader on this one. David

B.D.: I had a very different response than yours regarding the Peapod conference call. I think vision and focus was demonstrated throughout, in spite of not being summed-up with a catchy Mission Statement in response to the "5-year" question. Also, the guys stated definitively that they believe available cash should be sufficient to carry PPOD to profitability, so I see no reason to expect or want them to be in "panic mode." On the contrary, they seem to be implementing plans using a reasoned long-term approach, rather than the quick-fix solutions that panic usually gives birth to. Just MHO. Ted
