Re. new contracts- like you, I had assumed that the new contracts were discounted ffs. However, I don't know that for a fact. Perhaps someone on the Yahoo thread knows.

I asked for further info on the Yahoo board regarding if new contract are cisc. fee for service or capitated. The response I got was that they are both. So, still not sure where this leaves us.
