CIEN is not a bad investment.. Look what this stock has been thru! did it deserve this major punishment? Hell no.. ill trade it no matter... but it was very classic. Short covering between 3-3:30, than the profit taking, stops getting triggered.. how many people rode it up all day and set stops at 15 7/8? You can be rest assured you will be hearing about it all day tomorrow on CNBC.. add the fact that the market is in selective buying mode, specially the under performers.. Seems like people are following the herd for safety/liquidity. my bet is open between 16 1/2 - 17.. im in at 15 1/2. its gambling considering ill pull my money tomorrow win or loss... yee ha! funny- trading this week was fantastic, but nothing compared to how well I could have done if I held positions.. TDFX, CREAF, DIMD.. saw it coming but hadda stick to the rules and sell..
