Joe,

Tax selling this year for COMS may not be much of an issue if we get upto around $40, which will be near a 52 week high. Hard to sell that for a tax loss. Most tax loss selling is probably done already.

See my afterhours news post.

As for first-call. They will eventually learn that I am usually right about stocks I follow <VBG> In addition I think COMS has cheated their books a little bit last quarter and moved a couple of $.01 into this quarter (not cheated ofcourse, I'm sure they followed the guidelines ;-).. they just probably took a couple of million $ extra manufacturing costs last Q). Eric B. sounded determined for COMS to be "turned around" and I think COMS did everything they could last quarter to deffer as much profit as possible into this quarter.

PS. For the _NEXT_ COM.COM.COM earnings I am calling for $.65. This is going to be based on STRONG high-end equipment sales. There is a lot of industry news right now.. add to that AT&T.. well ;-).. you know <VBG>
