That is 525Mhz at .35um (575MHz is also available). The 21264 will run at 700-750 at .25um. Think what a 750Mhz 64-200 node NUMA machine can do.

PS: Anyone see any prelim benchmarks for the K7? The K7 and Alpha have 128K L1 cache and 200MHz bus. If they both have the same number of pipelined FPU execution units and similar architecture, we can roughly estimate the K7's FPU rating (30-45 SpecFP at 550MHz?). I haven't taken a look at the Alpha 21264 FPU microarchitecture. Has anyone?
