As an honest opinion, shorting COMS in this market and with teh current round of good news around COMS shorting it would be VERY dangerous and you could get burned in a big way.

I don't plan on shorting at $35. I look for steep trends instead or breaks of key support levels first--its much more consistent money than trying to play trading ranges. I would only short on a break of $32 1/2--and it would be a daytrade anyways.
