Check out what a new infusion of competent management can do for a sorry company - S3 (SIII) just announced a new CEO and the stock is up over a point today. Many will argue that this is just a temporary surge and the stock will be back down under three. Nonetheless, the amount of hope and positive outlook that the move inspires for both employee and investor alike is well worth the change. Maybe the Board of 3DLabs will take notice.
