I think Dia Met first drilled the NWT for diamonds in 1991, I understand their shares jumped from $0.50/sh to $50.00 after a couple of years. Dia Met suffered a long time with " Gov.Red Tape", In future this should now make it easy on any new NWT Diamond mines, don't you think, cut off 2 or 3 years.
