Japan finished down tonite. 105 points. The market declined 4 out of
5 days during the week. Not a good week.

On a another Japan note, some interesting news rolled out of Japan
tonite. If interested see Nikkie Net. Also an economist poll was
published tonite. Expectations now that are instead of the previous
forecasted contraction of .1% made in July, it is now 1.6 percent.
No big surprise. Of course, remember Japan has contracted for awhile.
4 or 5 consecutive quarters. So the current contraction is off a much
smaller base that just a few months ago.
