Frank: I do read every article before posting, but I'm the type that rarely commets on technical issues, thats your territory. When posting on FCC issues, personally, I have to be up to date on the general swing and why. I feel like that area, I do cover allot better and understand most of the issues.

I just don't see how you can concentrate on GR 303 specs, I would need a few electrodes attached just to stay awake. <ggg> But then again, its not my job, you-da-man!!!

Frank - do us another huge favor by outlining GR 303 -
This spec appeared out of the blue (i.e. this thread) and I thought that I was up to date on most telco standards. So your valued comments on this spec would be greatly appreciated.
