I doubt the insider buys made the stock move.

I was surprised there were buys that did not show up on Bloomberg, and I could not read Jaime's link. I guess we now know why.

Also, on the conference call, the company mentioned a couple of new major licensing deals they were close to announcing. One would be producing chips in Q1. I think this would be material non-public information that would preclude insiders from any kind of transaction.
