I personally think the floorless convertible preferred (death spiral)contributed mightily to the stock decline (MM munipulation on low volume for the most part). Since the price has nearly tripled from its low of 1/16 the offering has probably closed (they also had the recent press release). I am looking at possibly initiating a position around the 1/4 price level. Has anybody taken the opportunity to average down here?
