I'm at the hotel where the annual meeting will be held later today. One question I will try to ask if I get a chance is why they gave us poor guidance. They guided us to: Revenue -10% to -15%. Actual = -4.74%. R&D and SG&A +8% to +10% from Q2. Actual +29.04% (R&D separately +28.97%, SG&A separately +29.07%) GM 43% or just under. Actual 38.8% I can live with $0.06 in Q3 and future prospects. I can't live with management that can't even do a warning accurately. They should have guided us to $0.05 or less.
