Hey JMO, no need to apologize... I am in full agreement with you about those types of "bashers."

And I guess we should be thankful that the SEC is finally turning their attention to internet scammers. Someone reminded me privately that the SEC not only has to identify the crooks, it also has to gather evidence. This takes time.

best wishes

JMO, if there were some way to truly tally the positions, I think you'll find that there are far far less 'bashers' who simply bash to help their position in comparison to the hypesters.

'Bashing', frankly, is too hard. Looking at the threads—seeing what people post—'bashers' at MTEI, CSHK, AZNT, SEXI, GIFS, just to name a few, have consistently had to dig up real evidence and facts. The hypesters just blindly cheerlead without doing anything. This pattern repeats over and over again—hypesters cheerlead their lemmings; bashers work to back up their case, present evidence. How many times in these cases have the 'bashers' been proven wrong? They go through a lot of work to support their material, and reading the SEC notes, they appear to do so successfully.

If it were simply a matter of 'improving' positions, it would be much easier to just go long and hype along with the rest. Some people are simply interested in truth and justice, and are willing to put forth the effort for it. A lot of work sometimes. The 'Mercenary Bashers' are much smaller in number due to the amount of effort it requires (jmopinion)&#151therefore, not worth the SEC's effort until they get the rest of the crap cleaned up (big 'if').
