Latest Netscape Rumor:

There a significant number of postings on the Yahoo board stating that Netscape is about to make a bid for Broadvision (BVSN), which is an internet e-commerce software company. Apparently, the acquisition is in response to Microsofts acquisition of Firefly....would this make sense for Netscape? Would NSCP use their stock or cash? Any thoughts would be helpful.

If someone were to do a forensic study of Multi Billionaire William Gates Trey there would be enough there to make Joseph Conrad wince.

The Horror! The Horror! Call in the airstrike.

But I have to correct you, Harvey, that would be William H. Gates III, aka Bill, aka Trey. The NYT was a holdout on Bill, and long referred to him as Mr. Gates after the initial WHGIII citation. He's Bill to everyone now, though.

Cheers, Dan.
