I must admit that I too am concerned with the rather pathetic open this AM. I was fortunate to own ENMD when the NYTimes article showed up. But like you said, CYPB has FDA advisory committee STRONG recommendation, ENDM has nothing yet. SO why the poor show this morning? That brings me back to the other question I have been raising since last night: HAS THERE BEEN ANY MENTION OF THIS NEWS ON THE TV? CNBC? MAJOR NEWSPAPERS? DOES THE LAY PUBLIC KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!?? Does anyone know whether most of the volume is selling or buying? Has Aries made any kind of move?

I think part of what we're seeing is the fact that approval was mostly already reflected in the stock price. Prior to today, market cap was about $100 million. If folks WEREN'T assuming approval, market cap would have been closer to $2 million. In other words, perhaps there was a lot of downside potential if approval had not been recommended, but not so much upside potential if it was, since most investors already felt strongly that it would be. I agree that it may take a splashy marketing deal announcement to help move the price up further. I am confident that announcement will come, and sooner rather than later. Others, apparently, are not so confident. It seems VERY odd to me that there a lot of sellers at about 3 today. I do not believe that those sellers know more about this situation than me or you or most of the well-informed people on this board.
