I sold my position this morning because I just can't think of a lot of good reasons that a Senior Vice-President would sell virtually all of his stock or 2 million dollars worth sept 28th at 12.39. His name is Ronald Heinz. If anybody has any insight, please let us know. It seems that even if he was getting a divorce, he would give her half of the stock if the future was so bright. If he was retiring, it seems he would keep at least 20,000 shares again if prospects were that great. It's possible that he built a house and wanted to pay cash but you would still think that if he believed the stock was going to turn around in the next 6 months, that he would have waited. He exercised 91,000 shares and then sold 161,000 the same day. Huge tax hit. Anybody have any ideas? He only kept 3000 shares. Anyway, he's crying today.
