The plant which manufactures micro computers, will be operate on a joint ownership deal to begin with, followed by Samsung totally divesting itself in a secondary phase of the sale.

The company is also planning to make its DRAM factory in Onyang an independent company. At its main plant in Kihung it will either make between one to five lines independent companies or convert production to LSI systems.

bp, i'd play mu's ability to leak information 1 month before the eps release. i think there is a high probability that mu slides toward the end of november time frame. in addition, the whole market is all giddy and is due for a slight correction at least. don't expect it to take too long.

but, jans wouldn't be a bad play. depends on risk tolerance and paradigm.

good luck.
