This uncertainty will always be there, at least until significant revenues are realized well into mass deployment. At that time, there will be money to sue over, and the lawyers will have a field day if the competing companies can't reach an agreement. So because of this uncertainty, nobody will get a definitive answer from the company regarding licensing revenues. It's one big crap shoot.
