I noticed an odd thing with the year ago qrtly comparisons:

If you compare todays report of 9/97 results with what was actually reported at the time (see for example,
loral.com
Loral's added a new "affiliate eliminations" line item under development costs that effectively reduces those costs and thereby increases post development EBITDA and changes the previously reported operating loss of 7.8M$ to a profit of 2.3M$. Apparently these eliminations were previously included in the minority interest/equity in affiliate losses line, because by the time you get below that line, the reports match again.

Makes Qtr to Qtr comparisons a little more complicated.
