You're not getting at the heart of what I'm saying. Tehnically or any other way, I did nothing illegal. I... know... And... neither... did... I... That... is... what... I'm... saying... If you think that for a second that you are going to "explain your way out" of a meeting with the SEC (if it ever happened) and IF you have done something illegal..you are going to be in for a really sad wake up call. Matty you better take this advice to heart and use it. Allen, you don't get it... you're looking for something that just isn't there. If I did something illegal, wouldn't tonto be ripping me apart? S Martin accused me of doing something suspect over at ZULU one time. Why didn't he continue to attack me? Probably because my explanation was satisfactory. You know as well as I do that pumping and dumping is open to interpretation, as evidenced by the many definitions I've been accused of. I would be willing to bet that nobody here, including you, honestly believes that I knowingly took a piece of crap, hyped the hell out of it, and sold at a place even near the high point. I told you when I sold and why I sold. Manipulation is not some college prank that the Dean is going to pat you on the ass and say "boys will be boys". This makes for another interesting post. Go back and read the OVIS Newbie post, and you tell me if that isn't manipulation at its finest.
