Nice article find.
Some global fund managers that I know had told me the same thing.
Others were waiting for 10,000 to start buying back.
Fascinating, since by all accounts it was supposed to take 3 years for the HK markets to turn around and it's only been 1 year and 3 months since it started to take the dive. Some contacts I have in HK tell me things still aren't all that great but I guess the market anticipates.
