I remember that contract. I knew they had won it, but
forgot the exact details.

Thing is, MAJOR GOOD TIMING BY COMS. For once they
managed news right it seems. This was the day for
some level of breakout.

Don't mean to put H2O on the fire (I'm loooong), but this test by no means determines the outcome / winner. My experience w/ govt contracts leads me to conclude:
1. This is good news from a PR perspective
2. Probability of getting the contract is higher than before the test.
3. Still no way of knowing whether they will get it (the contract).
