Citing Top Dog is hardly confirmation. Even you have to admit that Top Dog is not a reliable reporter. Just go take a look at FGRX/NBMX. Top Dog was helping management there pound the table on there not being a Reverse Split, just this week even. NBMX is now NBMXD - a 4:1 Reverse Split. Channel 5 in Belize, The Belize Times, the government press releases, the notice to the US Comptroller of the Currency - these are individually and taken together far more reliable reporters than Kevinl and his enthusiasm to paint a positive picture of PRWT.
