Angela Richards, 34, of Redwood City, and David Giannoni, 55, and Stephanie Giannoni, 47, both of Hayward, were arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with conspiracy, wire fraud and securities fraud for allegedly moving 1,244 shares from the account of a Cisco employee to a dummy account, the office said in a statement JRH
