3 in Bay Area charged in theft of Cisco stock

A former Salomon Smith Barney employee in Menlo Park and two other people were arrested and charged with embezzling $106,000 worth of
shares of Cisco Systems Inc., the U.S. attorney's office in San Francisco said. Angela Richards, 34, of Redwood City, and David Giannoni, 55, and Stephanie Giannoni, 47, both of Hayward, were arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with conspiracy, wire fraud and securities fraud for allegedly moving 1,244 shares from the account
of a Cisco employee to a dummy account, the office said in a statement
