Trading activity is telling me that accumulation has been ongoing-and breakout has occurred - and will soon move up with the big boys...but it's a matter of time. Trading is all timing and lots of luck...the mid caps have been so powerful lately...let's enjoy the ride. I think a lot of money will be flowing out of big caps like CSCO into the midcaps like COMS and even depressed CS. Again, only MHO! good luck. FNS
