Robert Douglas;

I can't give much predictive power to charts, short term, either. I use them, short term, to keep tabs on the specialist. However, longer term, 1-2 years out they can be very useful. Short term, if I am trading, they can often give me a ballpark of where to buy or sell. As far as the rest I think we all agree. It goes back to some conversations I had, on this BB, a couple months ago about inventories. Seagate's chief financial officer seems to confirm it. However, I have said it a hundred times and I'll say iy again. You can't grow a company by showing losses. When they can put together a couple of profitable quarters we'll see a real change in the stock. I think their managers realize that. Time will tell.
