My understanding is that Nobel House SA wants the shell but only after it trades. So the filings have to be done and submitted then we must get a MM on board to make a market which can only be done after the financials are submitted. What I am hoping that there are enough brokers hung that they will push the issue. Only major problem is Merril Lynch could be stuck for a major loss if they have to cover. Being the largest brokerage house in the US they must have plenty of stopping power. IMO
