On NEON, I don't understand what you mean by 3-4k flying out the window. Do you mean you feel that this is all there is and no more rise left for this stock? Do you mean that for those who weren't in it, its too late now? I was hoping for 50 by the end of the day, but then I am a dreamer and often disappointed.

November Newsletter (nov 2-6) is on the website just click on either the member login or the newsletter text hyperlink and you will get in. If you still have trouble e-mail me. Don't bypass the regular entry because the url changes automatically every few days. I'm already trying to finish the next part for November 9-13... I've gotten e-mail with some suggestions for possible additions and I will add two. So please look it over once or twice during the weekend.
