The market has about doubled the price of the FHS since my overview note, so most of the snapshot ratios are no longer valid. I did not expect the market to correct on this stock so quickly - in 2 weeks.

However, there is still plenty of room for appreciation, since the benefits of consolidation are just starting to trickle into the bottom line. Also, the end of the elections period should take some pressure of their filings for rate increases and plan changes.

IMO the fair price should be at least in the low $20s, 12-15 months from now we may see new highs (in the low $30s). The probability of sliding back into $7 area is very remote. So, the risk/reward ratio is still very attractive.

Helen, was there anything else (aside from the block trades and substantial positive movement on large volume) that made you think about FHS ?
