Patrick, I'm glad to hear that you are making an biotech index...sorry for missing the post....recently I've been reading SI around 3am PST. Do you have a particular price range that u r interested in? Here are a few biotech gizzards that I will recommend for now... GZTC...make antibodies in milk...great profit margin vs. conventional Ab production...in phase 3...I read an journal article from a independent group in Spain that produced an Ab in mice milk that maintained its functionality...downside...convertables out. LGND/LGNDW...huge pipeline on great technology...supposed to be profitable next year...downside...they keep diluting the # of shares to build the pipeline VICL...(almost a gizzard) DNA vaccines..eg.Malaria vaccine .in mid-late trials (can't remember)...it works better that conventional vaccines. MOGN...has a promising anti cancer drug in phase 2 (I think), and a product approved RZYM...make ribozymes that can cleave mRNA to prevent bad protein formation...might work better than antisense...product in phase 2 (I think) That's all for now.
