I had a brain fart yesterday and I put in to buy 500000 shares at a limit of .0016, at the time, the bid was .0012 and the ask was .0017,the order was not filled, Then i cancelled the order 2 hours later, because the bid was .0015 and the ask was .003. I am glad now that it did not fill, but the question remains if there was nothing going on then why did they not fill my order??
