To all: How many thought that SEEK would regain as much as it did this morning? I was surprised considering the news.

I think that it's acting strong. Only down 2 1/2 not that bad.

12:16 ET Infoseek Corp (SEEK) 30 11/16 -2 1/2 (-8%): --Update-- In response to company's wider than expected Q3 loss, Merrill Lynch analyst Jonathan Cohen says company in middle of transition from stand-alone Internet directory to a larger enterprise built on high-value proprietary content. Analyst maintains near-term "neutral" and long-term "buy" ratings.
