WKWG appears ridiculously overvalued. The company has 13.5 million shares outstanding, if you can believe StockGenie. At a recent price of $4, this works out to be a 54 million dollar market cap. The company does not appear to make filings with the SEC (non-reporting bulletin board company.) If you go to their website, you will notice it does not have a search engine. The company appears not to have an operational product and has a $54 million market cap. Does anyone know how to short bulletin board stocks? Other than LPFC, this is the most ridiculously valued stock I have seen. I currently have no position in WKWG, but wish I had a short position in it. Pravda
