Vince: Quicke on share count.

Can there be a change in Pfrd count the same as Common each time there is a
climb? Any way to find out?

Reason, Could someone be paid in Pfrd issue for there services (ownership) in
place of Common... That would force the person to buy back at $1.00 the conversion
and make it stock not coming into the market for some time with restrictions. Yet
if there was a dividend they would be very well paid to wait. Question on Dividind
could that be paid pre convesion? What about after if there is convesion there would
be no dividen rights... Did anyone at the AGM speak to the treasury stock and
how much was in there treasury for issue if they wished to sell some?
At the AGM did you speak to the issue of loans? My question would be who
was the chap to put in the first 500 thousand for the drill program? and was
his money restricted by his ivestment for drilling only or just for use?
Last question,,,,, how is anyone paid at the company for there time? in stock
or in wage? You see it's very hard to buy a new big home in one of the best
areas with no personal income.

That should give ya something to do today.. Thanks for your help.
