Larry-

The numbers were off. No denying it. I'm not. But read the summary post. There is some major stuff going on at the company. Please read my summary again and then lets discuss the CC in detail. Fair enough?

47 live contracts
19 vendor relationships... most recently
Compuware relationship good
9 new contracts this month
pending synergistic acquisition
1-2 ERP projects possible this Q
ERP offerings are complementary and/or competitive to SAP, ORCL, BAAN, etc. offerings...VERY POSITIVE
Gruder loaned company 3 million... pretty significant number.

Y2K is a powder keg.... I am glad that he talked down expectations. May offer upside surprises from here. Some COUNTRIES haven't even begun remediation. Scary thought. It seems like they were very careful with offering up too many details.

Numbers kinda sucked but Q numbers off due to sales reorganization. It sounds like it is clicking now. Reasons weren't more detailed, but with their current business model it can be impacted if a project or two doesn't ship out.

More info coming next week.
