Well, think about this--- IF MIDL makes it through this investigation, it will be absolutely clean and that will be in effect certified by the SEC. Can't get much cleaner than that. Best of luck, George

Well I'm sure that Nobel House is being looked by the SEC so if they let them take it should be clean all the way around. Plus NHSA will be able to bring in their investor at lower prices while everybody that wants out is selling. Generally when a shell gets assets the price rises. IMO

sks1, It has never been hidden that Mark is involved with both companies. Mark may not have done anything out of order up to this point. But, the associations with S. King, Dan Fisher, et al cast him in a real questionable light. If he can pull the deal with Noble House, which I heard is a go once the MIDL shell is purged; he redeems himself, possibly his own investment and ours. Anyway that is how it makes sense to me but I am just guessing and waiting for someone who has solid DD to confirm my hopes.
