I don't understand TSQD's core business. I gather they sell Apple products at high prices via an on-line catalog. It would seem that TSQD and DRIV businesses are somewhat synergistic so I wonder why they are not combined and use the same web site? Perhaps that is already planned why would fit in with ways of getting value for the option i.e. a merger.
