The documents transferring the West Virginia properties to Mountain Energy can now be viewed at:

note.....It is my understanding that there were 62 properties in all, but I only have 56 of the 62 documents.

Is the SEC in possession of these documents?

Must have been some REAL great insider trading going on here.

I hope the SEC has principals' brokerage accounts and trading records under subpoena.
