That's what I thought. From looking briefly at their product offerings it seems like there is a lot of overlap. Couldn't really see anything that sunw would want. Interesting note, I was talking with my broker/brother, he read me a report (sorry, don't know who it was from) that mentioned that the breakup value of DGN could be anywhere from 25-40 a share. That gives a little different look to things. If todays slight selloff is from that news, it still boggles my mind. I think Scott McNealy would rather have his head physically explode than buy someone whose primary business is selling NT boxes.
