Mr. Metals, we all have emotions and the trick is to control them and still react calm and cool. If we look back, and follow the strategy, there will be a few that we should have held.... and hundreds that we are glad we sold and made a profit. One never goes broke by taking a profit. I have a chart above my computer to remind me of some trading fundamentals when playing the junior game. It does not let me down and will return profits. Of course, with that, come some regrets. Even with your example of LAC, all you are regretting is that you did not make even MORE money... that, my friend, is a basic human emotion... greed.

You are following one of my 'rules' already... take your profits, and let some free money ride JUST IN CASE it is the big Kahuna. Good work with ARP, played it like a pro. However, I still feel that much of the 'easy money' is gone and one is now betting on the big Kahuna to come in when buying at these prices. Hmmm... what do you think the odds are on that? CRN might be a better bet with less downside, IMO.

But, just for fun, maybe we can note this date, October 30 on the calender, and revisit the share price and stock chart, say, on January 30 (3 months... not a long time in this game) and see where we are at? Loser says "I worship you" on the web? Deal?

Regards,

Mike
