Now that everyone has had their say in the latest delay, I would just like to say I think it is the best thing to happen to us shareholders. To spin off as planned when orders for the cat litter and shipments of the Y2K product have not met the business plan for earnings would not be in the best interests of the shareholders. Obviously, the company's projections are starting later than hoped for. Getting started is always the hardest part.

I would much rather the spin off be delayed as has happened. Now, hopefully, there will be the earnings projected in the business plan by Dec 31 as was planned by this November 3. The higher the actual earnings are at the time of the spin off, the higher the opening price of Brooks will be and the higher the price of Cashco will be.
